THE F.R.E.D PLAN

REAL ESTATE / CREDIT REPAIR / MORTGAGE PLANNING / INSURANCE / ANNUITIES 

The creation and preservation of wealth are not achieved by accident or happenstance; and the odds of suddenly becoming wealthy through sweepstakes and lottery winnings are very slim. Indeed, building wealth and preserving it is a planned process. Strategic planning in the use of the right mortgage for the acquisition of a residential or investment property, acquiring the right mortgage protection insurance, or making the right financial moves to increase your credit score in order to get an affordable mortgage, life insurance policy, or even an auto loan, is an essential on-going practice in the pursuit of wealth and its preservation. 


The F.R.E.D Plan is the result of Frederick Ford's desire to help people build wealth through the strategical purchase, use, and sale of real estate, mortgage financing, credit repair, and insurance, and annuities products.  The F.R.E.D Plan takes all of these essential elements of real estate purchasing and ownership and creates a DYNAMIC interplay among these components that work to help the real estate purchaser (wealth builder) make suitable purchase choices and preserve their wealth for their loved ones in case of a tragedy such as the death of the income earner(s). 


Through the F.R.E.D Network (comprising a consortium of professionals), the strategy to building wealth through real estate and small business purchases, and preserving that wealth, are the key focuses of the F.R.E.D Plan; Financial & Real Estate Dynamics are what makes The F.R.E.D Plan work for everyone.


The F.R.E.D Plan takes all of the following essentials and creates a Dynamic strategy for the home buyer and general real estate investor:


  • Real Estate Ownership (Purchase Representation)
  • Financing The Purchase of Real Estate (choosing the right mortgage)
  • Selling Your Property (the right sales strategy to minimize tax consequences)
  • Boosting your Credit Score and maintaining a strong credit profile
  • Homeowners Insurance
  • Mortgage Protection Plan (ensures that the mortgage is paid if the borrower(s) dies
  • Final Expense / Burial Plan (ensures that your burial expenses are covered and other debts are paid off so that your loved ones are not financially burdened by these expenses if you die)  
  • Having sufficient residual income for savings and investments (such as a retirement annuity for an extra stream of income during  your retirement years)
